Overview
The Septentrio ChokeRing MC is a multi-frequency geodetic high-precision antenna used with the company’s PolaRx series of GNSS receivers at reference stations. The choke ring’s high-gain antenna contains low-noise amplifiers, which make it possible to receive multi-frequency Galileo, GPS and GLONASS signals.
Powerful filters are used to reject interference out-of-band. This is combined with excellent multipath rejection and high phase center stability.
The Septentrio ChokeRing MC is built into a sealed radome so that it can be used for use in any kind of weather. Its weight is 4.4 kilograms.
