The PolaRx2eH HDC is a new-generation L1/L2 GNSS receiver from Septentrio Satellite Navigation. It can be connected to two antennas with dual-frequency capability. Thus, it can provide precise information about either heading and pitch or heading and roll. This makes it useful in applications where it is necessary to guide vehicles, such as in fields of construction and agriculture. Other applications include marine surveys and photogrammetry.
In ready-to-use versions, the compact and lightweight receiver is enclosed in a rugged and waterproof aluminum case. Therefore, it functions well in adverse environments.
The receiver is mounted on a board the size of a Euro card. RTK positioning can be added on the same board to handle highly precise positioning and attitude information.
Some of the new features are four serial ports, programmable LEDs, logging control, Ethernet access and external signals
