Septentrio Satellite Navigation’s PolaRx3G is part of the PolaRx family of GNSS receivers having dual-frequency and high accuracy for detailed navigation and positioning functions. It not only accesses modern GPS and new Galileo signals, but also lets users track new signals as they go into operation.
The unit is conceived of for field data logging and reference station applications. It has three channels for SBAS reception and can store data on an optional memory card.
The PolaRx3G delivers the highest level of accuracy and measurements available. An upgrade allows L2 tracking so that the receiver can be switched between different types of operation.
A fast acquisition unit makes it possible to receive Galileo signals in less than 2 seconds. Pilot tone tracking is robust and produces lower noise and fewer cycle slips. This results in top-quality raw data and various modes of positioning.
