With the Trimble BD920-W3G GNSS Module, GNSS and communication are tightly integrated into a small unit that supplies centimeter-level accuracy. The wireless capability of the receiver simplifies the reception and transmission of data such as RTK corrections. Along with rover setups with UMTS or Wi-Fi, customers also can access the Internet.
The Trimble BD920-W3G GNSS Module allows GNSS and communication elements to be shielded from EMI sources coming from the host platform. The unit also reduces radiated emissions so that compliance certification and time to market can occur quickly.
L1/L2 frequencies from GLONASS and GPS constellations as well as the E1 frequency from Galileo are supported. This allows reliable RTK initialization for positioning accuracy to the centimeter. The Trimble BD920-W3G GNSS Module configurations can include single frequency GPS and RTK only.
