Overview
GPS Source’s Variable Attenuator – AT11V is a radio frequency modulator that inputs one baseband signal and outputs one radio frequency-modulated signal. Considering satellite systems’ thin link margins, the unit covers Galileo, GLONASS, and GPS frequencies.
Typical use is controlling the input level to a GPS test set or receiver from a potentiometer by turning a knob on the unit. AT11V attenuation ranges from 0 to 40 dB.
A special feature of the device is the ability to pass DC bias voltage to the receive antenna. Alternatively, the customer can decide to block DC voltage to the antenna.
Many connector, housing, and port options are available to custom tailor the unit.
