Overview
GPS Source’s BT1 – GPS Bias Tee produces DC voltage in one or two directions to a coaxial cable’s center conductor. Thus, it supplies power to amplifiers, antennas and other RF networked units. However, it does not affect AC or RF communication through the cable.
It comes with regulated power supply so that users can tap into standard AC power or unregulated coarse power for set voltage having very low ripple and noise. It can also be supplied with a direct DC connection to the coaxial cable. This allows customers to connect the power supplies of their choice.
The BT1 – GPS Bias Tee can be configured to meet precise customer needs by adding options for different kinds of connectors, housing, source voltage and output voltage. A spike and surge power option conforming to military standards is also available.
The unit is manufactured to very high level standards and especially enhanced for military operations.
