Overview
The S500 mobile GNSS receiver from Stonex is an intelligent, high precision data acquisition receiver that can be used without the need to hold it in your hand and therefore offers greater freedom of movement and flexibility compared to traditional GIS products. Thanks to the internal web interface, this receiver can be configured to receive RTK differential corrections and be connected to any survey or GIS software.
The S500 offers high-precision positioning and is equipped with a high-speed 4G module. The positioning is so fast and reliable that it can also be used by vehicles moving at high speed. The S500 works with all 4 satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou & Galileo) and supports access to external differential RTK signals to get centimeter-level positioning results.
A rubber protective cover protects the device and makes it non-slip. This device is rugged to IP67 specifications and can withstand a 1.2 m drop to concrete.
