Overview
The MG-A8 GNSS antenna from Topcon is a compact, light weight and versatile antenna that’s suitable for marine and navigation applications. With INMARSAT signal rejection, this antenna provides amazing GNSS signal tracking while not being susceptible to signal jamming from other sources.
The MG-A8 antenna offers GPS L1/L2 signal reception, L-Band corrections and RTK capabilities making it ideal for applications such as dredging in inland river channels and waterways. It can also be used for other purposes such as for meter level navigation in DGPS mode and for RTK centimeter-level positioning in areas where there is a network of reference stations available to support this level of precision.
