Overview
The Unicore UB4B0M GNSS RTK board is a compact high precision board supporting RTK positioning. Using the multi-system, multi-frequency and high-performance GNSS SoC Nebulas-IITM, the board features low-power consumption design and offers millimeter-level carrier phase observation value as well as centimeter-level RTK positioning, supporting chip-level multi-path mitigation. The RTK technology is especially suitable for high-precision navigation and positioning applications.
The new generation of Nebulas-II is a multi-system multi-core high-precision GNSS SoC, supporting 432 super channels, with built-in broadband ADC and anti-interference. It also integrates two 600 MHz ARM processors and dedicated high-speed floating-point operation processor to provide more powerful satellite navigation signal processing capabilities.
The UB4B0M tracks signals from GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and QZSS simultaneously, supporting tri-band signals from GPS, Galileo and BeiDou. With more satellite navigation system signals and reliable tri-band RTK technology, the UB4B0M enables near “instantaneous” RTK initialization and achieves 1-2 cm positioning accuracy. Even under shade or from a long distance, the UB4B0M can still obtain RTK positioning results quickly and reliably.
The UB4B0M has excellent adaptive anti-interference performance. Thanks to the powerful Nebulas-II chip and high linearity, wide dynamic RF front-end design, the potential narrowband and single tone radio interference signals in the GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou signal bands can be effectively suppressed by the UB4B0M, with an up to 60dB JSR. It obtain accurate positioning results even in complex electromagnetic environments such as vehicles and drones.
The UB4B0M integrates an on-board MEMS chip and an improved U-Fusion integrated navigation algorithm. In complex environments such as buildings, tunnels and viaducts, this technology can effectively solve the problem of interruption and sudden change in positioning results caused by satellite signal shielding, and provide continuous and high-quality positioning results. In addition, the UB4B0M also supports odometer information input to provide better integrated navigation and positioning performance.
