Overview
The UT32 GNSS-enabled rugged Android tablet from Stonex is thin but resistant. Its convenient, 8-inch display is a good choice when visibility is important, but the size needs to be limited. It is built to be durable, reliable and to excel in numerous applications such as survey, construction, GIS, asset/logistics management, mapping, public safety, military and utilities.
The UT32 GNSS-enabled rugged Android tablet features the Android 10.0 GMS operating system with a Qualcomm MSM8953 Pro Octa-core processor, 4 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 64GB of eMMC of flash memory which can be expanded up to 256 GB thanks to the microSD slot. It provides an an 8-inch display with a high-resolution, capacitive touchscreen and direct sunlight-readable display technology with a full-view angle for excellent visibility in all situations.
Rugged by nature, the UT32 thrives in harsh operating environments. It is designed to be drop resistant at a height of 1.2 m with an IP67 protection rating and is certified to military standards.
The UT32 has dual built-in cameras featuring a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. It is powered by a removable lithium-ion 8,200 mAH battery.
The input/output ports are designed to create a full-scale tablet, at an affordable price. It is equipped with a USB type C, a 14-pin POGO expansion and an external connector for GNSS antenna.
The wireless connectivity is also extensive, it has a slot for a nano SIM card, a Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, an NFC transmission, and a Bluetooth v.4.2.
